This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 3win2u platform. By registering an account or using any services provided by 3win2u, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party.
- You must choose a strong password and must not disclose it to anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 3win2u customer support immediately.
- 3win2u will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 3win2u platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in the online entertainment activities offered. If you are below the required age, you are prohibited from using this platform.
You agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia or in your jurisdiction.
- Engaging in fraud, system manipulation, collusion with other players, or any form of platform abuse.
- Disrupting platform operations, including cyberattacks, attempts to breach our systems, or the use of unauthorised third-party software.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 3win2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online banking through FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated by the respective payment method. 3win2u is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to certain conditions, including identity verification, fulfilment of wagering requirements (where applicable), and security checks. 3win2u reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen.
Transaction Rejection

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
3win2u reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform. Affected users are not entitled to any compensation as a result of such action.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3win2u platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 3win2u or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 3win2u.
